Downtown Washington businesses held a spooktacular trick-or-treat event Saturday afternoon, drawing hundreds of costumed superheroes, creepy creatures and storybook characters who received treats 无毛视频� no tricks 无毛视频� from business owners. About 45 downtown businesses, along with Washington city police, the Washington County Sheriff无毛视频檚 Department, and the city of Washington Fire Department took part in the event, said Jane Worthington of organizers for the Washington Downtown Business District event. Several participating businesses were decorated with balloons to help identify the candy stops.
