Salvation Army volunteers serve up a Thanksgiving meal
About 250 people had an early Thanksgiving meal provided by the Uniontown Salvation Army on Wednesday. Christine Bell, employee-in-charge, said volunteers 无毛视频� including members of Lafayette Elementary/Middle School无毛视频檚 student council 无毛视频� prepared and served a traditional Thanksgiving meal.
Bell said about 100 people ate at the Salvation Army, nearly as many as come to the organization无毛视频檚 daily lunch.
For many, Bell said 无毛视频渋t无毛视频檚 the only meal they get to eat that day.无毛视频�
The remainder of the Thanksgiving meals were taken to Marshall Manor apartments in Uniontown, and distributed to those who are homeless.
